COVID-19: Clinic Protocol

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL PATIENTS

Our clinics are now open for face-to-face consultations, scans and treatments, with stringent social distancing measures in place to protect our patients, staff and visitors. To help us maintain a clinically safe environment, please read the following information before attending an appointment with us.

Booked appointments only

Call us on 0333 366 2246 to book your appointment, and we will talk you through the COVID-19 procedures that we have in place at our clinics.

Please DO NOT attend your appointment if any of the following apply to you:

• You have had a fever, dry cough, sore throat, runny nose, difficulty breathing or loss of sense of taste or smell; and
• You or anyone that you have had close contact with have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

PPE and social distancing

When you arrive at the clinic for your appointment, we will call you into the building after checking that you are well and happy to proceed with the consultation.

We will check your temperature, ask you to sanitise your hands and issue you with appropriate PPE.

Our staff wear face masks at all times, and we ask patients, staff and visitors to maintain the 2-metre social distance. Where this is not possible (i.e. during scans and treatments), staff will wear additional protection as indicated.

We will ask you to disinfect your hands when you leave the building.

Cleaning protocols

Our clinics have all gone through a thorough deep clean to provide a clinically safe environment. We have additional cleaning measures in place to ensure that surfaces, door handles, card machines and all other touchpoints are sanitised.

Payment method

We accept payment by credit or debit card and PayPal. We cannot take cash payments at this time.

Remote consultations

For patients who would prefer not to attend the clinic, we can arrange a secure online telephone or video consultation to get your treatment journey underway.

With these measures in place, walk-in-walk-out treatments present a low risk of contamination. We, therefore, ask all patients and visitors to respect and adhere to the changes that we have introduced.
